Milestone unlocked - diner booths!

It is the little things that make paleo such a hit. I had lunch at Jim's Coffee Shop in Alameda yesterday and I fit in a booth. Not only did I fit, I was comfortable. Flash back a year and you would find me sitting in a chair on the edge of the booth.  For 20 years my l have avoided booths at all costs. I hate sitting down, getting stuck, and then the embarrassment of finding a new table. I hate it!

Dropping 50 pounds does wonders for your body shape and self-esteem. Milestone unlocked: Diner booths. I now fit in diner booths. I'm pumped.
